At Shri Ram Travels, we strive to offer transparent and customer-friendly policies. We understand that travel plans can change, and our refund policy is designed to be fair while also accounting for operational costs and bookings made on your behalf.
1. Cancellation by the Customer
- 7 or more days before travel date:
90% refund of the total booking amount (after deducting applicable service/ticketing charges). - 3 to 6 days before travel date:
50% refund of the total booking amount. - Less than 3 days before travel date or No-show:
No refund will be applicable. - Same-day cancellations:
No refund will be given, and the booking will be treated as a no-show.
2. Cancellation by Shri Ram Travels
In rare cases where we have to cancel a tour or service due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions, minimum group size not met, natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations:
- Customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule the tour/package.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
3. Refund Process
- All refunds will be made via the original mode of payment (bank transfer, UPI, card).
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
4. Non-Refundable Charges
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Convenience fees, payment gateway charges
- Any confirmed bookings with third-party hotels, transport, or airlines that have their own cancellation rules
- Government permit charges, taxes, or entry fees already paid
5. Modifications or Rescheduling
- Requests to modify travel dates or change package components are subject to availability.
- Rescheduling may incur additional charges depending on the nature of the change and how close it is to the departure date.
